Terms of Service

Welcome to Euro Traders. These Terms of Service govern the professional relationship between Euro Traders ("the Agency") and the Client for the provision of custom software development, web architecture, and digital consultancy services.

1. Scope of Services

The Agency agrees to perform the development services as defined in the project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon with the Client. Any additional features or modifications requested outside the original scope will be subject to additional billing and timeline adjustments.

2. Project Execution & Milestones

Projects are executed in phases (Milestones). The Agency will provide regular updates and prototypes for Client review. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide timely feedback to ensure project deadlines are met.

3. Payment Terms & Methods

Clients agree to pay the fees in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the contract. We accept payments via **Payoneer**, Bank Transfers, and other authorized digital gateways.

• An initial deposit (Upfront) is required before project commencement.
• Final deliverables will be handed over only upon receipt of full and final payment.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final payment, the full ownership and intellectual property (IP) rights of the custom-developed software or website will be transferred to the Client. The Agency retains the right to display the project in its professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Post-Delivery Support

Euro Traders provides a complimentary support period (as specified in the SOW) to fix any bugs or technical issues post-launch. Continued maintenance services after this period will be billed under a separate service-level agreement (SLA).

6. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
