Service Cancellation Standards

Refund Policy

Transparency regarding payments and service cancellations.

At Euro Traders, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for every project. However, since software development involves dedicated labor and technical resources, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines.

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. However, the refund amount depends on the stage of the project:

  • Before Project Start: If a project is cancelled before our developers begin work, a full refund (minus 5% processing fee) will be issued.
  • After Research/Design Phase: If work has started on UI/UX or research, only 50% of the initial deposit is refundable.
  • Development Phase: Once the coding/development phase has begun, no refunds will be issued for the milestones already completed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please Note:

  • • Final payments made after project delivery and approval are non-refundable.
  • • Third-party costs (Server hosting, Domain purchase, API licenses) are strictly non-refundable.
  • • Hourly based consultancy services cannot be refunded.

3. Modification of Scope

Refunds are not provided based on "change of mind" regarding project features that were already agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW). We provide multiple revision rounds to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

4. Process for Refund

To request a refund, please contact your project manager or email our billing department. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., Payoneer) within 7-10 business days.
